They can be interpreted on several levels.
a
The word “fraternity” in the first objective is used regardless of gender . This goal is aimed at offering space for people to come together and share their search for truth , irrespective of any external differences . Practice of this objective is a concrete recognition of common essential nature and origin of mankind. It encourages us to appreciate the external differences as something that enriches our experience , instead of being a source of hatred and wars . HP Blavatsky , co-founder of the Theosophical Society wrote: ” Social discrimination as a result of natural evolution and material environment kept racial hatred and sectarianism and social antipathy that if we attack from the outside, invincible . But since human nature is the same, all people are susceptible to the effects , the center of which is the human heart and appeal to human intuition . And because there is only one Absolute Truth , which is the life and soul of all the people , it is possible reciprocal Association for Research and expansion of this basic truth.”
a
For “research and dissemination of this basic truth” , the second objective of the Theosophical Society proposes a comparative study of three different approaches that humanity has adopted for the understanding of life : religion , philosophy and science . The Theosophical Society was also the first organization in modern times , who has promoted interfaith activities around the world and in a systematic manner . One of its objectives was to bring the wisdom of the East to the West , when religion , neither Judaism is not Christianity , considered merely as superstition . Thanks to the work of the Theosophical Society , they become words such as karma , yoga and many other well-known to the general public outside academia . It was also the first organization Association , which is guided in its work to bridge the gap between science and spirituality at the time were classified as totally incompatible..
a
The third objective is encouraging us to explore what was once called the ” hidden side ” of life and people. From the perspective of Theosophy is very important to know the deeper meaning of life , spiritual laws that guide our development , and discover how to awaken spiritual potential , which is an integral part of each of us. This is the only convincing basis for peace on earth . The law of harmony and cooperation can not be achieved through policy and social reforms (though necessary) , but the transformation of the human heart and mind. When HP Blavatsky’s Theosophical Society reviewed the achievements of the first fourteen years , he wrote: ” … the key to all of our above-mentioned successes in recognition of the fact our Higher Self – colorless , cosmopolitan , non-sectarian , sexless , selfless , altruistic – and the implementation of our work on this basis. To free minded human, agnostic, scientist with superficial knowledge , such results would have been prohibitive , and even unimaginable . Peaceful society is utopian , because no amount of arguments based on outside thinking about social morality or fairness, can not turn the hearts of the national rulers of selfish wars and schemes of conquest.”
a
Text and image are taken and translated from the website of the American Theosophical Society

a 1 ) Create a core of brotherhood among human beings, irrespective of race, nationality, social status and gender. 2 ) Accelerate the comparative study of religion, philosophy and science. 3 ) To explore unknown natural laws and the latent power of man. a a These three objectives are the foundation for the work of…

["post-130","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry
["GET
