Njen cilj je zdravo, mo\u010dno in gib\u010dno telo in posledi\u010dno zdrav, mo\u010dan in gib\u010den um.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\" lang=\"SL\">Ashtanga v sankskrtu pomeni \u201cosem udov\u201d, kar se nana\u0161a na osem udov joge, kot jih je pred dvema tiso\u010dletjema Patanjali zapisal v tradicionalnem joga besedilu, JogaSutrah . Pri Ashtanga<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>metodi<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>vadbe asan (joga poz) gre za interpretacijo jogijske filozofije na podlagi Joge Korunte, anti\u010dnega besedila o asanah.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">K. Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009) je pri<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>dvanajstih \u0161el v uk k znamenitemu jogiju Krishnamachariyi v Mysoreju v Indiji. Postal je vodilni u\u010ditelj Ashtanga joge, ki je sestavljena iz \u0161estih serijasan, izvajanih v teko\u010dem vinyasa slogu. Prvi zahodni \u0161tudenti so se za\u010deli pri njemu u\u010diti Ashtango v 1970-ih letih in jo do danes raz\u0161irili in naredili popularno po vsem svetu.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">Ashtanga metoda u\u010di dnevno vadbo to\u010dno dolo\u010denih<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>\u201ckoreografij\u201d<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>oziroma serij, kjer se tradicionalne asane izmenjujejo z dinami\u010dnimi vinyasami (gibanjem, ki ohranja telo ogreto) in pri \u010demer se dosledno uporabljajo<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>ujjayi dih, bandhe (energetske zaklopke) in drishti (usmerjanje pogleda). Je ta delavnica zate?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 8.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">Ashtanga<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>joga je izjemno popularna in njeni privr\u017eenci (med njimi sta tudi Madonna in Gwyneth Paltrow) so ji izjemno lojalni \u2013 ko jo enkrat vzljubijo, jo vadijo leta in leta ali celo vse \u017eivljenje. \u010ce redno vadi\u0161, je napredek v Ashtangi namre\u010d neverjeten, pa naj gre za zaprte boke, bole\u010d kri\u017e, \u017eiv\u010dnost ali stojo na glavi. Gre za intenzivno, atletsko vrsto joge, ki je sicer primerna za vsakogar, saj je neverjetno u\u010dinkovita. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">Ta delavnica je namenjena tistim, ki so v dobri telesni pripravljenosti in ki bi radi spoznali to znamenito in lepo vrsto joge. Ashtanga je odli\u010dna kombinacija osnovnih in naprednih joga poz. Koristna pa je tudi za plesalce in \u0161portnike, saj u\u010di, kako se pravilno gibati in ostati miren tudi v najte\u017ejih situacijah. <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">Dokler nimamo osnovne ideje, zakaj pri Ashtangi<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>gre, je te\u017eko (in nevarno) kar za\u010deti z vadbo, tako da bomo morali naprej po\u010dasi predelati vsako asano in jo prilagoditi vsakemu telesu posebej. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">Na 90-minutnih vajah bomo spoznavali<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>in se nau\u010dili vseh asan iz prve serije, pri \u010demer bomo vpletli zraven \u0161e osnove joga filozofije in dih, uporabo energije v telesu in osnove meditacije. Na\u0161 tempo bo po\u010dasen, ampak vaje bodo vseeno fizi\u010dno ve\u010d kot dovolj naporne.
