Techniques of meditation

a
Meditation is activity that can be performed in many ways. It can be done physically (for example during recitation) or mentally (as visualization). We all meditate for peace and tranquility in our life to become one with our inner self, to heal and enhance our psychological and physical health. No matter for what reason we meditate, this act is universal.
a
Although meditation is universal its techniques differ from culture to culture. Some techniques are expansive and do allow free flow of thought and observing it, the other are densifying and they incorporate concentration in thought.

LEVELS:

1) Achieving physical comfort and control

2) Breathing is rhythmic and regular

3) Visualizing three times lower self (physical, emotional and spiritual) as

  • in contact with soul
  • channel of spiritual energy through medium directly into brain from there we can control physical mechanism.

The most basic thing to be considered is that mind must be actively occupied with ideas and not with thing how to strive to be concentrated. For every spoken word and every phase that follows this it requires to have will of understanding and spiritual or mental ability to concentrate at one point.
